In the role of Lead IT Operations Engineer (gn), you take a central role in Information Systems and actively contribute to the fact that our IT infrastructure remains scalable, secure and sustainable. You shape the change from a support-driven IT to standardized, cloud-based and largely automated processes – and you are constantly building the representation for the Head of Information Systems. Then we look forward to getting to know you.You design, plan and operate complex Microsoft-365 and Azure configurations (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) – including SSO/IdP, MFA, RBAC, Least Privilege and Access Reviews You are responsible for incident, problem and change management according to ITIL principles and ensure compliance with SLAs You process IT security incidents autonomously, coordinate the Incident Response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) and work closely with the SOC When auditing the information security certification according to ISO 27001, you are supporting You standardize, develop and automate IT operations in the cloud-only environment – including automation and AI-based support actions (self-service, workflow, scripting) You create and provide technical documentation (systems, processes, authorizations, projects) for knowledge transfer and build sustainable representation structures – perspectively as a representation of the Head of Information System

You bring profound practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Entra, Azure) and have complex M365 and cloud configurations independently planned, implemented and operated A very good understanding of IT process standardization and ITIL-based incident, problem and change management brings you with You have experience in IT security operations and incident response (EDR, M365 Defender, Compliance Center) as well as basic knowledge in ISO 27001 You can communicate safely in German (C1 level) and communicate in English (B2 level) in a professional context Ideally, you already have experience in automating IT processes (scripting, workflow automation, M365 automations), cloud-only strategies and/or first leadership tasks – and bringing interest in AI-based support actions with
