During your activity with us you will be actively involved in the daily business and support our team in the following areas: Support of the Managing Director and the Senior Management Team: Support for operational processes, e.g. research in the field of business development. Coordination of dates and organization of travel. Support in the preparation and design of presentation documents. Research and communication: Conducting research tasks. Communication with customers in close coordination with the management team. Administrative activities in Office Management: Organisation of internal and external events. Administration of office material and post-processing. Ensuring a smooth run in the office everyday.

You are currently enrolled at a university and would like ca. 15 hours a week gain valuable practical experience. Ideally, you could already gain first practical experience through an internship or a secondary job. Your sympathetic appearance, team skills and reliability make you an enrichment for every team.
