Projektmanager (m/w/d) The holding Diakonie WesT e. V., based in Tecklenburg, is a recognized social service provider and with around 1,500 employees the largest diaconic institution in the region. It includes the Protestant churches Tecklenburg and Steinfurt-Coesfeld-Borken. With their subsidiaries (e.g. Ledder Werkstätten gGmbH and Haus Widum gGmbH) in integration aid and old-age assistance, as well as other areas of action in the association, the holding provides concrete support for many people or enables them to participate in a self-determined life. In the course of the predictive planning of the succession of retirement, the position of the Executive Board (m/w/d) is to be reimbursed. You are responsible for the overall strategic, economic and organisational management of the holding company. In particular in the fields of finance, controlling and design of the digital transformation, you can apply your practical and management experience. In view of complex economic conditions You are strategically designed to ensure the stability and sustainability of the WesT e.V. In close cooperation with the Management Council and the Management Board, you will ensure the strategic orientation and further development of the WesT Diakonie on the basis of the governance structures. You represent the diacony and holding to all important stakeholders. In your role as Managing Director (m/w/d) of the Ledder Werkstätten gGmbH and Widum gGmbH subsidiaries, you will develop their strategic development within the respective management.

The work of the Diakonie WesT is characterised by attitude, identification and operating values. You are an experienced manager with a focus on earnings, a high level of implementation and the awareness that there are people behind each number. You have experience at management level with a commitment to larger organisations or companies, as well as sound knowledge in business management, controlling and finance. The field of action of integration aid and WfbM should be familiar to you. Your experience in dealing with supervisory bodies – ideally in the social economy – is an excellent feature. You will also bring a clear, participative leadership style and a high communication competence.
