Energetic accounting: creation of public-law proofs and energy concepts according to DIN V 18599 and development of individual refurbishment plans (iSFP) for residential and non-residential buildings Technical Assessment: Technical Due Diligences (TDD) for Analysis of Building Substance and Plant Engineering and Determination of Maintenance and Investment Costs (CAPEX) Decarbonisation strategy: development of net zero thread and CO2 reduction strategies at portfolio level to ensure ESG compliance General advice: identification of energy saving potentials and support of our customers in the strategic implementation of sustainability and climate protection concepts Result preparation: Creating decision-oriented presentations and recommendations for action as a basis for asset management and investment decisions

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, energy / building technology, architecture, environmental engineering or a comparable qualification Experience in the technical assessment of existing properties (e.g. TDD, state determination) as well as sound understanding e.g. as an energy consultantin or plant technicianin Qualification as an energy efficiency expert (dena) and safe application of DIN V 18599 desirable Structured and analytical approach, in particular in the detection, validation and evaluation of complex building data Embossed team spirit, safe occurrence in dealing with customers and the ability to communicate technical results in a comprehensible manner
