Coordination of voluntary, legal and regulatory ESG requirements in the company Further development and implementation of our sustainability strategy Market observation and recognition and preparation of relevant trends on sustainability issues of the insurance industry Risk measurement with respect to sustainability activities and sustainability reporting Building and development of sustainability governance Project management and further development of the topic Sustainability in HUK-COBURG Implementation of material and stakeholder surveys

Complete studies in the field of BWL, sustainability management or with sustainability focus Enthusiasm for shaping the topic of sustainability at the largest motor insurance company in Germany Multiannual professional experience in sustainability management and knowledge of the insurance market Experience in project management and handling regulatory regulations Fun to manage and enforce complex topics Very good English and IT skills
