In short, you make sure that medium voltage is built up, connected and running reliably at the end. Switching systems and stations are created cleanly according to requirements. Over time, the understanding of how everything is related grows from individual components to the finished plant. Transformers, switching systems and the associated technology are just as important as the view of the whole. Part of the work also takes place outside when systems are built up and brought to the network. That's where it becomes visible what your own work is for. Plans and lists are not a mere formality, but a basis for work. Anyone who works in quickly recognizes what it comes to, and increasingly takes themselves. At the end, we will examine together whether everything is going.

The basis is an electrical training. Everything else can develop. You don't have to control medium voltage perfectly. More important is the willingness to work on the subject. Nevertheless, we look forward to having experience. Self-employed work is part of this as well as understanding when you ask better, instead of simply continuing.
