• Innovation engine: As a team leader of our research and development software team, you are driving forward the innovation of our deep-drawn packaging machines.

• Project management: You plan and coordinate exciting development projects and always keep the necessary resources in mind.

• Management competency: As a ''Tech-Lead'' you run a team of 8 software development engineers (m/w/d), promote their individual development and provide an inspiring working atmosphere.

• Quality assurance: You ensure that all tasks and projects are completed on time, cost-effective and in the highest quality.

• Cross-departmental cooperation: You coordinate the interfaces to other departments and ensure a smooth process.

• Key figures and reporting: You are responsible for the care and development of team-related key figures and reporting.

• You have a degree in electrical/information technology, mechatronics or a comparable field.

• You have already gained experience in managing a team and know how to promote and motivate talents.

• Your enthusiasm for innovative software solutions in mechanical engineering is unmistakable and drives you to always achieve the best results.

• You have several years of experience in software development in the field of automation technology and bring sound knowledge.

• A pronounced technical understanding, strong analytical thinking and the ability to penetrate complex relationships, you are characterized.

• A self-sponsored, independent and structured way of working, good knowledge of English and willingness to occasionally travel round off your profile.
