You assume the overall responsibility for the e-invoicing architecture and advance their strategic development. You define, maintain and control the E‐Invoicing Framework including standards, mappings, guidelines and governance structures. You analyze, design and document end-to-end processes in the field of e-invoicing (outbound and inbound). You translate technical requirements into technical concepts and sound architectural decisions. You act as a central interface between departments, product management and development and integration teams. You coordinate and prioritize requirements from projects, rollouts and ongoing optimization initiatives. You ensure the continuous process logic via the relevant systems and platforms (including SAP, Domino, Othello, Mikado and COP). You support the further development of provider connections and represent the topic of e-invoicing in strategic bodies and specialist rounds.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics, business management or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in e-invoicing, process management, IT architecture or system integration. Understanding business processes and the translation of technical requirements into technical solutions. Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholder management. Analytical, structured functioning as well as pronounced communication and coordination capabilities.
