Design, development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes Creation of high-quality data products and analyses Further development of our big data platform with focus on scalable and performant system architectures Conception and optimization of data models and the technical data infrastructure in the context of modern data-platforms Cross-departmental vote on the definition of requirements and objectives and the implementation Promoting responsible handling of data

Multiannual experience as a data engineer or software developer in the big data environment Very good knowledge of Python and SQL Experience with cloud technologies and modern data-plating forms (e.g. Data Lake, Data Mesh) Analytical thinking capacity and ability to abstract complex characteristics Solution-oriented, pragmatic operation even with unclear requirements Communication strength, team capacity and responsibility Ideally knowledge of data and metadata management and tools such as Power BI or Tableau Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
