As an innovative and future-oriented company, Drees & Sommer is a solution provider for highly complex projects and an integral partner in the planning and realization of industrial plants in the semiconductor and battery cell manufacturing sectors, automotive, life sciences, chemistry and power plant and process engineering sectors. The design of the technical facilities and buildings we provide in-house as well as all other services of the value chain of the project. For the management and control of the construction, assembly and commissioning of highly complex EPCM projects, we are looking for you and your expertise. You can exercise this activity at a Drees & Sommer location of your choice, e.g. in Stuttgart, Cologne, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Leipzig or Frankfurt am Main. We require the willingness to monitor the execution process of one of our demanding plant construction projects on site at the construction site. Superior construction line for the realization and commissioning of highly complex industrial plants for power plant and process engineering Total responsibility for the timing, quality, and cost-oriented processing of the task packages in the construction, assembly and commissioning phase of the project Content and organisational management responsibility of the construction site team in the different trade unions and subcontractors used Planning, taxes and coordination of the necessary capacities and resources in order to achieve the project Regular reporting to participating stakeholders in the project and first contact person for the client at the construction site Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and occupational safety measures including regular monitoring with regard to their implementation Active and continuous optimisation of internal processes and processes and training of process participants Main contact partner for clients and authorities

Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, process engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in a comparable position with overall responsibility in the construction, assembly and commissioning of industrial buildings in the EPC/EPCM environment Experience in the fields of power plant and process technology, petrochemical, life science and semiconductors desirable Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Willingness to project-related construction sites in the entire federal territory Own-responsible, conceptual, structured and cross-sector work Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts
