For our Hamburg branch we are looking for a line (all genders) of renting. In this role, you take responsibility for the strategic orientation and development of the Rentrausbau area with a dynamic team that drives the development of the construction processes and the digitalization of the construction industry. As a lead, you work closely with your management team to develop project-specific strategies and to enable professional and personal growth. DISCLOSURE

You are disciplinary and professionally responsible for a multi-headed leadership team In close cooperation with your management team, you control the operational and strategic orientation of the entire Rentrausbau area within the branch For the Hamburg branch, you take on the responsibility for earnings and budgets in the area of rent-growing and ensure long-term entrepreneurial success You participate in cross-site bodies and actively participate in the further development of the Rentrausbau area

You have a successfully completed degree as a civil engineer:in or architect:in You have relevant experience in professional and disciplinary staff management You bring multi-annual professional experience in technical and commercial project management in the construction of rent You are a strong and dynamic team player with motivating leadership and entrepreneurial thinking You are characterized by negotiation and problem-solving skills and persuasion
