As part of our dedicated customer service team, you play a central role in supporting our national and international customers. A focus of your work is on working with our SAP system. The following tasks await you: You accept the written and telephone customer correspondence in German and English In addition, you collect and maintain customer orders independently in our SAP system and thus ensure reliable and structured order processing You create offers and follow them in close coordination with the sales team You coordinate delivery dates and, if necessary, take care of delivery accelerations in close cooperation with production planning In addition, you process customer complaints and ensure a fast and customer-oriented solution Last but not least, you have the opportunity to actively participate in various projects – especially in the field of SAP and process optimization

Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Experience in customer service, ideally in the industrial environment Very good SAP knowledge and safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing – other foreign languages are a plus Embossed customer orientation, communication strength and team capacity Structured and targeted working with the ability to safely prioritize tasks and continuously improve processes
