Customer Service Manager (m|w|d)

Individually responsible support and further development of customer relationships in the assigned sales area Complete control of the ordering process – from consulting to delivery creation to implementation Active participation in sales through targeted up- and cross-selling and the address of new customers Close cooperation with the external service to ensure optimal customer support Coordination of individual customer solutions and support of projects, especially in the field of personalisation Care and use of the CRM system to ensure transparency, data quality and service quality

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification Experience in the sales service or in a customer-oriented role, ideally in the B2B environment Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) as well as very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint Structured, independent and result-oriented mode of operation with a pronounced understanding of the process High customer and service orientation as well as team skills and communication strength Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
