Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Management and monitoring of the IT-demand portfolio, including archiving of enquiries, checking the completeness of data, qualification of IT requirements, ensuring a neutral and regulatory process implementation, and supporting the transfer to downstream processes. Ensuring process transparency by defining and providing relevant KPIs and key figures as well as continuous improvement of the demand management process in cooperation with the demand community. Coordination of resource availability and escalation management in capacity bottlenecks or stocking demand/support topics to ensure visibility and timely solution across all teams involved. First contact point for IT-related support requests by e-mail or other channels, support in the clarification of general IT topics, tracking open support tickets and maintaining a structured tracking and documentation process. Priority and coordination of topics from the sales and service companies in close coordination with relevant stakeholders to ensure a timely and effective processing of requirements and support cases.

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Professional experience in IT-demand management, service coordination or similar roles within complex organizational structures with sound knowledge about IT processes Impressed communication skills, ability to interact at all organisational levels and to translate technical topics into business-relevant language. Analytical and process-oriented thinking with the ability to interpret data, define KPIs and advance continuous improvements.
