SAP EWM key user & control center coordinator (m/f/d)

Control, monitoring and prioritization of logistical processes with a special focus on a demand-oriented supply of assembly Ensuring a smooth and transparent flow of material and information between logistics, storage and assembly Monitoring of stocks, throughput times, bottlenecks and disturbances using appropriate control tools and dashboards Coordination of appropriate emergency measures for material bottlenecks, technical failures or quality problems in coordination with the areas involved Technical support, user support and continuous further development of the SAP EM processes Accompanying system changes – from requesting, testing and acceptance to rollout – and coordination of support requests Implementation of user training, workshops and regular reviews on the further development of logistical processes Identification of optimization potentials along the logistic value chain and implementation of appropriate improvement measures Planning and implementation of lean, digitization and automation projects to increase efficiency, quality and process security Development of KPIs, dashboards and reporting, analysis of process deviations and follow-up of derived measures

Completed commercial or technical training with corresponding further training or completed studies in logistics, economic engineering, supply chain management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in logistics, ideally in a producing company or an assembly-pressed environment found practical experience with SAP EWM or a comparable warehouse management system; desirable experiences as keyusers Good knowledge of the essential SAP EMU processes and their integration in SAP ERP Experience in the implementation of process optimization and lean management measures, for example in the areas 5S, pits or value flow analysis Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Advantageous knowledge of Power BI, SAC or comparable reporting tools Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Analytical and structured mode of operation, pronounced communication capability, high self-responsibility as well as decision strength in fault and bottleneck situations
