Up to 115 kindergarten children aged 3 to 6 years of age are accompanied, supported and supervised at the Pfiffikus Children's and Family Centre. In the course of its opening hours from 7:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m., the facility offers both six hours and full-day care facilities.

Your duties include:

• modern implementation of the educational, educational and care mission and further development of the educational conception in coordination with the institution
• Leading staff and staff team
• Organisation of the service company taking into account requirements and expertise from the field of work
• Implementation of the internal quality management system
• constructive cooperation with the institution and various bodies and further cooperation tasks
• Design of an educational partnership with parents and the creation of needs-oriented offerings of encounter and formation of families
