Your tasks In the role of Senior Consultant Talent Advisory, you are part of the Talent Solutions Advisory Team, which offers our customers comprehensive HR consulting services. Your focus is on the topics Workforce & Skills and thus on the strategic orientation of skills, talent and workforce topics along the entire employee journey. You are responsible for supporting our customers in the design and implementation of a wide range of workforce transformation solutions and play a key role in identifying, developing and completing projects. In this position, you will accompany a variety of consulting projects and guide independent subprojects that help to improve the results of our customers through innovative and effective solutions. Your focus in detail: Advising leading companies from the global group to the middle class on topics such as talent management, skills management, job architectures and leadership initiatives, from strategy to implementation Development of skill-based workforce strategies, including the analysis of skills gains, the development of skills taxonomys and the derivation of targeted measures for recruiting, talent development and succession planning.
