Our customer is a renowned insurance company. For the construction of the new capacity control unit, which is located in the group controlling, this newly created function is to be occupied as a personnel controller (m/w/d).

Construction and co-design of the new organizational unit Implementation and further development of Group-wide capacity control with focus on productivity Further development of existing instruments in productivity controlling Implementation of deviation and ad hoc analyses in the interface area Capacity and personnel costs Close cooperation with the personnel cost controlling and the departments of the organization of operations and People & Culture Technical support for the rebuilding of the technical system landscape

Completed studies in the field of economics (controlling/human resources desirable) Professional experience in controlling or consulting Analytical thinking and the ability to render complex facts understandable A sense of responsibility and an independent and structured way of working Impressed openness to help shape new topics and overcome challenges with team spirit and enthusiasm Very good MS Office knowledge German language skills in word and writing
