Total responsibility for operation, availability, performance and stability of our system and application landscape Development of internal IT strategies and architectures (virtualized, highly available) Preventive and active fault management Head of IT projects incl. Coordination of external partners Creation of budget planning, monthly reports and IT KPIs for management Leadership, coaching and further development of two teams (IT service management & authorization management, IT production management) Building a strong, cooperative team culture Ensuring compliance with all internal and external requirements (e.g. CRA, DORA, BAIT, ZAIT, MaRisk)

Multiannual experience in the banking IT environment, ideally in leading position Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification Deep knowledge of information system technologies and processes Funded IT security requirements Experience in the operation of heterogeneous IT systems and in IT project management Advantageous knowledge of bank requirements (e.g. CRA, DORA, BAIT, ZAIT, MaRisk) Result and strategic orientation, independent and structured work, innovation and team capacity, pronounced communication and coaching skills
