Your tasks As part of our global equity team within the People Advisory Services in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Mannheim, Nuremberg, Munich, Freiburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt/Main or Berlin, you are advising our client:innen (listed companies, Mittelstand and start-ups) with questions about the remuneration and dispatch of employees:innen. In our team you will take on a variety of tasks, including: International consultation of compensation models as well as employee and management participations Supporting companies of all sizes and industries from start-up to DAX Group Support in the communication with key contact persons of our client: both HR, Finance, Tax Department and Expatriates) and tax authorities Advice on issues of implementation, (living) taxation, accounting and evaluation Project-related cooperation in interdisciplinary teams (e.g. with EY Law, Transaction Tax, Transaction Advisory, etc.) especially in international country studies in more than 100 countries

Your skill set studies of economics, law, economics, business mathematics or the like, First practical experience and basic knowledge in tax law (practice or work students) Good communication skills in German (B2) and English (B2)
