As a technical regional manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the operational readiness of the branches or properties to be supervised. They actively shape the technical infrastructure, optimize processes and drive the implementation of energy and sustainability concepts. They work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners and are the central interface for the technical requirements of the sites.

Location: Heilbronn, Deißlingen, Markgröningen, Würzburg

Ensuring a smooth technical operation of the branches/liabilities to be supervised. They are the link to the local technicians and interact when it comes to safety, environmental and sustainability aspects of the buildings. The branches and properties are mainly located along the A81 to A7. Coordination and control of maintenance, testing and maintenance measures at the sites including coordination of technicians on site. Support on-site technical ladders in the planning, implementation and follow-up of maintenance and repair measures. Independent project work in close coordination with internal and external partners. Participation in implementing energy efficiency measures and sustainable facility management.

Complete technical studies or comparable qualification in the field of facility management, building technology, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering Experience in the technical support of properties or in facility management Knowledge of relevant legal and technical regulations Organisational strength and a solution-oriented, structured manner Communication strength and experience in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
