Group Manager Real Estate Management (m/w/d)

Always well organized: As a team, we are the structural provider of the real estate resort. We ensure smooth operations, efficient management of all rental contracts and structure strategy, planning and control processes. The storage of digital and papery real estate documents is also one of our tasks.

As a group leader in the real estate sector, you will lead and motivate a team of seven employees and ensure a continuous further development.

Examination of real estate contracts, such as purchase or lease contracts Monitoring the purchase price payments from the real estate contracts Implementation of basic debts, utilities and construction burdens settlement of real estate agents Support for special projects and close cooperation with internal interfaces

Successfully completed legal training (legal attorney, notary, etc.) with a further education (e.g. real estate or legal specialist) Professional experience in real estate or legal fields Ideally first leadership experience Self-employed, structured and independent High reliability combined with operational readiness and team capability
