Independent processing of requirements with inventory responsibility independent supplier management: determination of the best suppliers for VINCORION and conditions for the said area; Acquisition of offers and their evaluation as well as active partnership development and support Observation of markets and suppliers to support purchasing strategies Contact for suppliers and internal customers (specialized departments) Preparation and implementation of contract negotiations Completion of VINCORION framework contracts Implementation of savings and cost reduction potentials using VA Sourcing and CBD Own implementation of ad hoc negotiations Independent processing of order requirements Collection of all purchase-relevant data in SAP clarification of technical requirements Identification of materials in piece lists and relevant declaration (e.g. Reach, Rohs) Compliance with the purchasing policy and processes

Successfully completed economic studies or equivalent qualification Long-term professional experience in purchasing an industrial company, preferably in the field of services Knowledge of procurement market analysis and project management Knowledge of purchasing law Secure user knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) and SAP German and English knowledge in word and writing Knowledge of other foreign languages is advantageous

The remuneration is based on the collective agreement of the metal and electrical industry, Hamburg/Environment. The gross annual fee is at the start of approximately € 78,000 for a weekly working time of 35 hours. In addition, special payments in accordance with the collective agreement apply, the claim varies depending on the duration of the service to the respective deadline.
