The position is located in the field of Clinical Research and offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and development of the internal competencies in the field of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR). Generating scientific evidence: You design and conduct health economic studies for different markets in Europe and the USA to evaluate the economic benefits of Arthrex products and processes worldwide Data-based HEOR analyses: You analyze clinical, health-economic and real-world data and develop health-economic models for cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit, cost-benefit and budget impact analyses using decision trees, Markov models or other suitable approaches Scientific model bases: Your tasks include carrying out literature and data research as a basis for the development of health-economic models Communication of scientific evidence: You prepare your results in the form of presentations, reports and scientific publications and present them both internal and external stakeholders Functional HEOR cooperation: You act as a scientific HEOR contact for cross-departmental teams, including HEMA, Market Access & Reimbursement and Product Management. You have a successfully completed study in the field of health economics, biostatistics, public health, economics, epidemiology or a comparable scientific field, ideally at master or doctoral level You have more than five years of professional experience in the field of Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and are able to conduct complex HEOR projects independently as well as to advise internal stakeholders scientifically You have a well-founded knowledge of the development of health economic models, in particular of decision tree and markov models, as well as the implementation of cost-benefit, cost-benefit, cost-effectiveness and budget impact analyses.
