Price level & offer management: You provide incoming offers, keeps performance messages up-to-date and secure a reliable data base. In addition, you organize and prepare offer meetings on time. Procurement & order management: You are the first to submit proposals for awards, participate in the tender review and ensure that the order is properly generated. You consistently keep in mind the deadlines and inform project participants about granted awards. Subsequent management: You support in the testing of supplements, set them up and secure their dispatch, deposit and timely tracking. Commercial support in project execution: You take the tenant and corporate communication, participate in project-related appointments and carry out the commercial audit and assignment in Doku@Web. General commercial activities: You support the colleagues of the Development Department, take correspondence, organize and prepare appointments, execute protocols and take care of a clean digital project store. In addition, you process operations in the ticket system.

A completed commercial training, ideally as a real estate businesswoman, or a comparable qualification. knowledge of the housing industry and professional experience in the above-mentioned tasks (required).
