In the course of a successor regulation in the management, the responsible person (m/w/d) for sales & service is sought, which is distinguished by an entrepreneurial, internationally shaped and highly integrated personality.

Further development of the company and implementation of the global sales and service strategy in coordination with management and supervisory board Total responsibility for order intake, sales, profitability and market development Control and further development of international sales and service organisations, subsidiaries and partners Strategic key account management and personal commitment to large customers and projects Developing new markets and business areas and expanding existing customer relationships Responsibility for and further development of the global service business Optimization and standardization of sales, supply and service processes as well as advancement of digitalization in sales and service Close cooperation with development, engineering, project management and production Presentation of the company to customers, partners and international trade fairs and events

Your action is characterised by clarity, loyalty and sustainable value creation for customers and organizations Successfully completed technical or commercial studies with a focus on mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Impressive career path with detectable track record in international machine and plant sales Experience as Managing Director, BU Manager or Total Sales Manager Low market or cultural proximity to the textile industry in the high-quality and/or technical segment Long-standing and broad experience in international project business, preferably also with Asian markets Embossed technical curiosity and understanding of the entire value chain in mechanical engineering negotiating strength, intercultural competence and safe occurrence at top management level German and English skills readiness for regular international missions
