You are contact person*in for the branch to debitoric questions as well as additional cost- and service-relevant invoices You are responsible for the proper handling of the commercial transactions within the supervised properties in SAP They are responsible for the lease management and are responsible for the tenants They create operating costs and are responsible for the allocation of operating costs and benefits in accordance with the regulations. You create invoices to our tenants and support them in the context of receivable management, in the clarification of open items and in the dunnning They are responsible for operating data management (e.g. data management in SAP and in the document management system)

They have a completed commercial vocational training as a real estate, industrial, bank or wholesale trader or retailer (w/m/d) or comparable. They have good user knowledge in SAP and the programs of the Microsoft Office package They provide reliable knowledge of German language, which corresponds at least to the level of language C1 (flowing in word and writing). In addition, you have the willingness and ability to manage a service car.

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E 5 pay group to the E 9 a TV‐L (approximately 38.300,00 € – approx. € 57.200,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions).
