General responsibility for the field of EHS, including leadership of the team and professional guidance of the EHS experts Strategic development of energy & environment, occupational safety & health Responsibility for planning and managing EHS topics and projects, relevant certifications and budgets Close cooperation with our location management, departments and the Budenheim leadership team and the works council Consultancy and information at location/management, executives and employees with regard to the relevant issues (e.g. energy and environmental law) for the EHS area Development or Strengthening sustainable health and safety culture and raising awareness among all stakeholders Coordination and monitoring of regulatory approval procedures, sometimes in building, water and immission protection law Maintenance and further development of the energy management system according to DIN ISO 50001, the environmental management system according to DIN EN ISO 14001 and the occupational safety and health management system according to DIN EN ISO 45001 Tracking and compliance with regulations and laws, internal guidelines and regulatory developments in the field of EHS
