Number: MER0003LXW Mercedes-Benz has set itself the goal of becoming a networked mobility provider, with digital change playing a central role. The IT Marketing/Sales division acts as a digital unit that develops innovative and experienceable digital products to shape the customer dialogue of the future and to support global marketing and sales activities. Your internship will support the Head of IT Marketing & Sales (ITS) communication team. This staff team coordinates and is responsible for global, integrated communication for the field, from classic internal and external communication to modern campaigns and events. You will actively contribute to the implementation of targeted communication strategies, create target group-specific content and accompany the communication activities and the internal change process in the area. These challenges include: Participation in internal communication campaigns for Head of IT Marketing & Sales (ITS) Pre- and post-processing of workshops for the management team Content and graphical preparation of documents and presentations Support in the content planning and preparation of decisions, conferences, town halls and events for top management Accompanying internal communication activities (e.g. social intranet, newsletters, presentations) Operational day business support

Studies in the field of communication or media sciences, business administration or economics with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree programme Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Word First practical experience in corporate communication is desirable High affinity for digital media and new technologies Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Creativity, reliability and strong team skills High level of self-initiative as well as independent working and above-average willingness to use Analytical thinking and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
