You support the acquisition, creation and processing of offers You're testing tender documents and controlling project-related documents You care and update quote data as well as project master data You create an offer folder including project folder structure and keep it up to date You will process updates, changes and re-enrichments as part of alerts You assemble technical and commercial documents for the offer fee and forward the final offer documents to the respective posts in time You participate in project transfer talks and take over general organizational and administrative tasks in everyday office

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. as an office businessman (m/w/d), an industrial businessman (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You bring safe handling of MS Office, especially Word, Excel and Outlook, with You work independently, structured and responsible You have a strong communication strength and organizational talent You have good English skills in word and writing Ideally, you already have experience in offering processing or in the project environment – but this is not a must
