Team Lead (gn) Financial Controlling Location: Heilbonn | Scope: Full time (40h/week) | Unlimited

You are ready to actively shape our company's financial strategy and run your team as a Role Model? In this role, you lead the Financial Controlling in Germany and are a key player for all issues related to accounting, liquidity and reporting. The area of responsibility

You act as a business partner:in the organization and are the central contact person for auditors:inside, tax advisors:inside and corporate accounting The technical and disciplinary leadership of the Financial Controlling team (currently three employees) is your responsibility You create meaningful analyses and reporting for different stakeholders and derive sound recommendations for action You are responsible for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and HGB including IFRS reporting and ensure proper accounting and correct accounting Liquidity is monitored in close coordination with Mahnwesen and Group Treasury You guide and accompany projects for process optimization, automation and efficiency enhancement in accounting

You have an economic study with a focus on financial and accounting or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position in an internationally active (distributive) company you bring; Experience in auditing and first management experience are beneficial You are safe in the financial statements according to IFRS and HGB, like to take over coordination responsibility and work reliably with high quality and deadline focus Very good Excel knowledge as well as ideally experience with Navision or comparable ERP systems characterize you You communicate safely in German and English; English is our group language Analytical thinkability, communication strength and a structured, independent way of working complete your profile – you run your team as a Role Model and actively shape processes and processes with
