As Senior Manager Governance, Risk & Compliance (m/w/d), our GRC team in Frankfurt am Main has a central role to play in the further development and control of corporate compliance structures. In an international environment, we offer you the opportunity to contribute your expertise in a targeted manner, actively shape processes and to provide sustainable impulses for responsible business. Your versatile tasks include: You are responsible for managing strategic GRC projects, in particular in connection with the further development of the compliance management system, risk frameworks and existing governance structures. You actively shape the construction of a company-wide enterprise risk management and take on a key role with a clear development perspective for future overall responsibility. You analyze regulatory requirements and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions for different business areas. You are responsible for the further development of internal policies, policies and standards and ensure their practical implementation. You control international projects and coordinate different stakeholders at specialist and management level.

You have a completed university degree in Business Administration, Economic Law or a comparable degree course. You can refer to extensive professional experience in the fields of GRC, Compliance, Risk Management or Internal Audit. You bring a broad understanding of regulatory requirements in regulated or governance-sensitive environments. You have experience in managing and managing complex, ideally international projects. You are characterized by a pronounced understanding of processes and structures and ideally bring experience in handling digital GRC tools. You convince by a pronounced communication strength and a safe occurrence at the level of expertise and management. You have very good knowledge of German in C2 level and knowledge of English. You can provide a perfect police certificate and a positive Schufa statement. A high degree of integrity, sense of responsibility and analytical, structured and connected thinking skills complete your profile.
