You shall examine and process objections from all areas of the statutory law and in matters of the aid. You create final opposition decisions. In the interest of our customers, you make a comprehensible decision and explain the decision to object in a comprehensible manner. If necessary, you will participate in the further areas of activity or projects of the department.

You ideally have a completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economic Law, Health Management or a comparable qualification in a field relevant to the enrolled job. Other educational paths or well-founded professional experiences with a similar orientation can also be suitable to meet the requirements of this position. You have very good oral and written communication skills. Service orientation and an independent working method are of course for you. You have prior technical knowledge in the field of aid and statute law or willingness to work on the issues.
