(Senior) Manager M&A - Transaction Diligence (m/f/d)

As (Senior) Manager M&A - Transaction Diligence (m/w/d), you advise clients on the preparation and implementation of demanding M&A transactions with a focus on financial due diligence and contribute to sustainable decisions and successful negotiations. Hands-on entry: You take over the (partial) project management for smaller and medium-sized M&A projects and thus the responsibility for planning and implementation – also internationally. Guided tour: As part of the project, you coordinate the various work packages and guide team members. Analysis and Reporting: Technically and in terms of content, you are responsible for conducting financial analyses and for creating the Financial Due Diligence Reports or Financial Fact Books. Stakeholder management: With more experienced colleagues, you take the communication: you present results, conduct conferences, meetings and expert sessions. Project management: In addition, you are responsible for administrative topics as well as the creation of the job letter, budget maintenance and support in billing.

Studies in Economics or Law, Business Informatics or Economic Engineering successfully completed Experience gained in the area of M&A, Corporate Finance or Audit, ideally specific expertise in one or more industries Team-oriented and communication-strong personality with experience in the leadership of employees High level of independence, commitment and joy in complex tasks readiness to travel and German and English very well in word and writing
