In the dm group, we are the experts for the design, standardization and digitization of the processes relating to the IT equipment of our dm markets for new opening, rebuilding and closing. On average, around approx. 50 dm markets reopened, 600 stock markets rebuilt and 25 permanently closed. The provision and rebuilding of IT infrastructures (e.g. networks, workplace hardware, cash registers, EAS and video systems) is decentralized by the various dmTECH product teams – coordinated with uniform processes and standards. We are looking for a structured, conceptual personality with a will to design. Someone who brings together our ServiceNow solution to the next level. Development, implementation and operation of our Providing Project solution on the ServiceNow (ITSM) platform Further development of our current solution to an innovative, performant and internationally scalable solution (e.g. Scoped-App / Own Development) Requirements management in close cooperation with our consultant team at international level Development of reliable interfaces to adjacent systems and platforms as well as securing stability and quality of our applications Active participation and improvement of our development standards, methods and processes

A completed study of (economic) informatics or completed IT training with multi-year, relevant professional experience (or comparable qualifications) Wide knowledge of the ServiceNow platform – from the first architecture concept to the implementation and operation of solutions in different modules Knowledge of the ITSM module, the Platform Capabilities Flow Designer, Decision Tables and Reporting & Analytics, as well as the programming language JavaScript Ideally first experience with Scoped app development or comparable low-code/no-code platforms Embossed analytical and conceptual thinking, coupled with a pragmatic view of the implementation Self-employed, structured working and a high degree of self-responsibility Communication strength and joy in cooperation with many different internal stakeholders as well as fluent German knowledge on C1 level
