MTLA / MTA, BTA for molecular diagnostics (m/f/d)

You carry out independent investigations of patient samples using molecular biological detection methods (route and special analysis from sample preparation to analysis results). Automated and manual methods for the extraction, amplification and identification of DNA/RNA target sequences (bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites) are used in a targeted manner. As part of quality assurance, you will make evaluations, technical tests and documentation of the laboratory results. You create and maintain SOP's and work instructions. Internal and external quality controls (test validations/verification, ring tests, laboratory comparisons) are carried out by you. You have the possibility to establish new tests under guidance and close coordination with the department management. You are responsible for the maintenance and maintenance of your analysis equipment.

You have completed vocational training for the Medical Technical Laboratory Assistant (MTLA) (m/w/d), Biotechnical Assistant (BTA)(m/w/d). Ideally, you can already gain experience in a medical laboratory as well as in the above-mentioned tasks. You are characterized by a high degree of reliability, team capacity, enthusiasm for molecular biological topics and a rapid understanding. Their operation is structured, precise and self-organized. You are owned by very good German knowledge (min. B2).
