Welcome to Allianz The department Purchasing of Allianz ONE - Business Solutions GmbH is the central function that deals with the governance of the purchase for the German Allianz First Insurance Companies. Our goal is to ensure compliance-compliant purchasing processes and at the same time identify and implement savings potentials. We act as a control unit (retained organization) and work closely with Allianz Technology, which as an outsourcing partner take over the essential purchasing processes. The Purchasing department supports the demand providers in their procurement. By establishing efficient processes and tools, we help to avoid risks and penalties. Our focus is on developing and implementing innovative solutions to continuously improve the purchasing processes and support Allianz' strategic goals.

This is what we expect as a Procurement and Process Expert (m/w/d) Compliance: You ensure that all internal and external requirements, such as policies and standards, are complied with in all procurement procedures to minimize risks. Policies: You develop and tune internal regulations in the procurement context, based on the group's specifications, to provide a clear orientation. Processes: You establish efficient and practicable processes as well as tools for users to optimize their procurement. Innovation: You use technological progress, such as GenAI, to develop, coordinate and introduce new requirements, processes and tools.

This is what you bring with you as a Procurement and Process Expert (m/w/d) Education: You have completed your studies, preferably in business administration or law, and bring sound knowledge in these areas with Experience: You have proven multiannual experience in shopping mall (what is this? Enough ''purchase'' or ''procurement'' and know the best practices and strategies. Optimization: You have successfully developed and implemented optimization potentials, both professionally in the form of shopping savings as well as processual and technically through modern applications. Project management: You have already successfully carried out and conducted projects in the past. Enforcement and presentation skills: In discussions with internal stakeholders, you have shown that you can enforce your concerns and achieve your goals. It's easy for you to present your content to larger bodies. Language skills: You master German and English in a way that is safe to negotiate in an international environment.
