Create job advertisements – you form attractive job ads and make sure that our positions on job portals and our website become visible. Employees:internal care – You will address our student employees, answer questions and prepare them for interviews and assignments. Personal Planning & Disposition – You plan the use of our students, maintains availability in view and ensures smooth processes between customers and employees. Contact person:in – You are the central contact person for our students as well as our students.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) or studies in BWL, management, economic psychology, economic law or a comparable area First experiences in human resources or recruiting are a plus, but no need Interest in recruiting, organisation and employee support Structured working and joy in dealing with people Good knowledge of German and English to communicate with international students and customers
