Inclusion Advisor (m/f/d)

Specialist advice for daycare centers You accompany and advise our institutes professionally, taking into account our confessional orientation as well as educational focuses such as Reggio pedagogy, child-centered pedagogy, child protection and Marte Meo. You support the implementation of statutory provisions (especially SGB VIII and KiBiz) and promote the further development of inclusive and participatory pedagogy. You contribute to the implementation and further development of a professional crisis, complaint and conflict management. You actively participate in quality development processes. Participation management in housing You create and are responsible for the forwarding of BEI_NRW (determining instrument) You accompany the participation planning professionally and support overall plan procedures. You shall ensure the protection of participation and provide assistance plan and overall plan discussions. You work closely with cost providers, authorities and internal departments. You provide a person-centric and inclusive orientation of the services. Child protection You act responsibly and appreciated in the context of child protection and have basic child protection-relevant knowledge. For the protection of children and young people, we employ employees exclusively with a perfect, extended guidance certificate.

Completed study or training as a curative teacher, social pedagogue, childhood education*in or comparable qualification. Knowledge of inclusion and participation. Ideally experience with BEI_NRW as well as in the social context (SGB VIII, SGB IX). Secure appearance, consulting and moderation competence. Structured, independent working and safe handling of Microsoft Office.
