Support of the Head of Mission in the Development of the Department Control of Processes and Process Development Information, advice and control of involved colleagues at all levels, preparation of decision templates and development documentation Selection of methods, tools and templates for the further development of the department and for the transfer of knowledge to the department-internal stakeholders, construction and maintenance of transformation documentation Coordination of appointments and workshops and preparation of results. Analytical and conceptual work Creation and preparation of Excel tables, Word documents, PowerPoint presentations

Studies Business Administration or Business Informatics Very good communication skills as well as good general education and good expressiveness in word and writing (German and English, min. B2) High level of loadability, team capability and readiness Self-responsible and structured working methods Quick understanding and good analytical skills, data competence Very good MS Office skills especially MS teams, Excel and PowerPoint
