Heating customer service technician (m/f/d)

The A. KOMM OHG is a second-generation craftsmanship company with 17 employees and family operating climate, which has existed for 45 years. The company manages industrial, house management, business and private customers with heating, sanitary and bathroom solutions and is also on-site partner of the district heating EBAG Bremen. ● You have a valid passenger car license and are ready to serve customers with the service vehicle for regional operations.

● You work securely with digital time management and order management systems or you are ready to work into these systems as well as the interfaces between the field service and the office. ● You are interested in modern heating, control and building technology and can deal with digital regulations, apps, remote maintenance systems as well as cross-brand interfaces or want to acquire this knowledge. ● You enter a long-term regional customer base, perform maintenance on heating systems, in particular by Viessmann, Brötje, Weishaupt and Buderus, and document your deployments digitally. ● You analyze and eliminate disturbances, use new heating and heat pump systems and work with heat pump technology from Samsung and Dimplex. ● If necessary, you carry out heating elements change and further customer service work, advise the customers on-site professionally and ensure efficient coordination with the office for smooth order processing.
