For the field of ERP application support, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced personality as a team leader, which combines technical expertise with leadership and is responsible for the further development of the system.

General technical and technical responsibility for the ERP system responsibility for stable operation, quality assurance and further development of ERP systems; These are HIS-SVA for personnel and job management, HIS-BAU for space and area management as well as perspective service travel and time tracking management Development of system architecture, configuration, operating and security concepts Planning and control of releases, migrations and technical changes Analysis of complex disturbances and derivation of sustainable solutions Management and control of ERP application support Operational management of the team with personnel and expertise Priority of tasks and ensuring efficient working and operating processes Developing standards, processes and quality assurance mechanisms Process, integration and further development tasks Analysis and digitization of administrative processes in close cooperation with the departments Translation of technical requirements into technical concepts and ERP solutions Responsibility for interfaces and data flows to adjacent systems Coordination of cooperation with HIS eG and other external partners

Completed academic studies (Master/Diplom) e.g. in computer science/economic informatics or comparable qualification with several years of relevant professional experience in the ERP environment Multiannual practical experience in operation, in the introduction or further development of complex IT systems, ideally in the university context (e.g. HIS) Understanding ERP architectures, data models and integration scenarios Very good knowledge of relational database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL) as well as experience in analysis, debugging and troubleshooting Good knowledge of Linux server environments, Tomcat based applications and web-based systems Experience in the professional and/or disciplinary leadership of employees Designed analytical, conceptual and communicative skills Very good German knowledge (at least level B2, desirable C1)
