Engineer/Technician for Building and Supply Technology (HKLS) (m/f/d)

MMP Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH is an independent engineering office for the planning and implementation of modern, energy-efficient supply technology in demanding construction projects. Since 2009, the company has been accommodating public and private clients as well as architectural offices from basic determination and concept development to execution planning and object monitoring, in particular in special buildings such as clinics, schools and laboratories. ● You have experience in the technical planning of space-air, sanitary and heating systems.

● You can create performance directories and monitor the professional execution of building equipment on construction sites. ● Experiences with the CAD software Plancal Nova as well as in the planning of public buildings such as clinics or schools are of advantage. ● You plan and project building engineering facilities in the areas of heating, sanitation, ventilation and building automation and develop precise technical solutions for demanding construction projects. ● You first set up performance directories, construct technical systems with modern CAD software and regularly tune your planning with the project team, the client and other specialist planners. ● You monitor the construction design on site, check the professional implementation of the planning and participate in the design development and successful project management together with builders and project participants.
