Human Resources Officer / HR Generalist (m/f/d)

As part of our HR team, consisting of three HR directors and the HR director, you take over the complete HR management for a personnel division assigned to you. This includes the following activities: From recruiting to contract design to employee support and personnel development, you are responsible for the employee lifecycle of your defined group of employees. You have an open ear for our employees and keep an eye on their further development. In addition, you maintain a trusted cooperation with the works council. Incoming tasks from the daily business as well as general administrative HR tasks are done professionally. You perform tasks of internal HR communication and are responsible for the social media appearance of the group of companies. The cooperation with HR projects and special topics as well as the continuous development and optimization of existing HR instruments complete your tasks.
