WHAT DOOR: The MCC - Senior Coordinator is the direct contact for all maintenance stations within the EAT Part145 network. He/she ensures that all aircraft that are in maintenance of the EAT Part145 stations are processed smoothly.

Support of MCC Duty Manager in its daily tasks Technical support of all EAT – Part 145 stations in all questions Lodging time support and coordination of major events and AOG recovery Creation of a schedule for larger maintenance events (Gantt Chart) Continuous tracking of the expected release times for non-usable aircraft and launching measures to minimize the impact on the DHL network Close cooperation with the operator MOC’s Review of the completeness of the incoming aircraft documents from the EAT Part 145 maintenance stations Coordination of the work packages in LEJ together with the Work Preparation Coordinator and ensuring the timely implementation Coordination of complaints with the Troubleshoot and Engineering department Support for third-party activities as required Granting of external orders to subcontractors according to maintenance requirements Notification to the holder of the aircraft for planned maintenance changes that affect the planned time on the ground Support for the placement of “flying tensioners” for specific aircraft routes and additional charter for EAT personnel for all EAT Part 145 external stations Other operations Coordination of daily requests to the MCC Written and telephone correspondence in all companies Monitoring and Ensure Maintenance and Layover Reporting to All Contracts Perception of special tasks and project work Setting up business policy Follow the efficiency of the processes and suggest process improvements Work activities via AMOS Mobile Troubleshooting or technical complaints in Hangar, Apron and EAT outdoor stations Ensuring continuous, high-quality reporting according to existing requirements Data collection and processing for the evaluation of KPI

WHAT MUST BE SOLLINGS:

Insufficient knowledge of aircraft maintenance and organisational requirements for aviation safety, safety, quality, airworthiness and general operation of an airline Owner of an EASA Part 66 CAT B1 or CAT B2 licence for the maintenance of aircraft At least an operationally relevant pattern authorization Comprehensive understanding of the German/European legal and regulatory framework and other legal requirements Embossed interpersonal skills good leadership and management skills Efficiency and Enforcement to find flexible, creative solutions in a complex environment Proven analytical skills Service quality is important to us Self-confidence, self-motivation, sense of responsibility and the ability to delegate and work under high time pressure
