Our service portfolio reflects the entire range of value chain: From the construction to the operation of its own network infrastructure, the DNS:NET group offers a wide range of applications for specialists, all-rounders, cross-entryers and trainees.

In this key position, you assume the overall strategic and operational responsibility for IT security. You drive the further development of our security governance, security architecture and cyber resilience initiatives and act as a central interface between IT, management and specialist areas.

What we need General responsibility for all topics related to information security and data protection at company level

• independent expansion and operation of the ISMS – from the design of additional guidelines to the operational Implementation • Leadership, coaching and further development of the IT team in relation to information security issues • Further development of the company-wide IT security strategy as well as security architecture and governance structures (relevant are in particular ISO 27001, BSI, IT basic protection) • Responsibility for risk, vulnerability, incident • Operational participation in security incidents • Advising management and departments in all aspects of information security • Analysis of new technologies and selection of suitable security solutions • Compilation of regular safety reports, risks and implementation of management and stakeholders

Complete studies in the field of computer science, IT or a comparable qualification

• Multiannual leadership experience in IT and information security • Funded know-how in modern security architectures, cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements • Experience in strategic management of complex IT and security projects • Embossed technical understanding of current security solutions and enterprise IT structures • Multiannual operational experience in information security – demonstrably implemented, not only controlled • Experience in developing and maintaining ISMS structures, ideally in an environment without prefabricated team • Knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, GDPR and legal requirements (e.g. KRITIS, NIS2) • Ideally recognised certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP or comparable • Strong strategic thinking capability, keenness to decide and safe occurrence at management level • Embossed technical understanding of current security solutions and enterprise IT structures – You can talk to administrators and developers at eye level • High communication strength, enforcing ability and strong consulting skills • experience in cooperation with authorities or external institutions, such as the BSI or supervisory authorities • very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
