From five locations, You serve a broad portfolio of project developments, inventory properties and more than 20 shopping centers nationwide. Creation and processing of rental contracts for our commercial properties – in close coordination with the rental team and external lawyers Monitoring dates and deadlines for our contractual processes Maintenance and digitization of contract-relevant documents and data Research and organisational support within the rental team

A completed training as a lawyer or a commercial training in the real estate sector First professional experience in contracting or real estate (min. 2 years) A structured, reliable way of working and enjoying independent work Communication strength, organizational talent and team spirit
