Higher education (e.g. Bachelor, Master or Diploma) or equivalent qualification; if necessary relevant additional professional qualifications or certifications in the field of education or training. English in word and writing (GERS level C1 or higher); ideally also other foreign languages. Multiannual experience in the leadership of employees; detectable successes in team development, motivation and performance enhancement. Extensive experience in the management of complex projects, including planning, budget management, risk management, stakeholder management and deadline. knowledge of the design and implementation of training in adult/vocational education context; Methodology competence. knowledge of the military task structure; Understanding the planning and settlement organization of military training as well as relevant deployment processes and regulations.
