Remuneration: Attractive salary with regular tariff increases, levels of experience and an annual bonus Your tasks: control and operational processing of facility management measures and ensuring high service and quality performance. Monitoring relevant KPIs and contract-related performance indicators and deriving appropriate optimization measures. Development and implementation of measures for continuous quality improvement and process optimization in facility management. Creation, analysis and communication of reports and control indicators for the regional responsibility area. Central interface to the FM service provider as well as ensuring a timely processing and tracking of quality-relevant topics. Profile: Education: completed studies or commercial/technical vocational training with additional qualification as well as relevant professional experience in real estate, facility or quality management. Requirements: knowledge in quality management and ideally in real estate or Facility management environment. Soft Skills: negotiating and communication skills as well as safe and binding occurrence. Self-employed and structured work with a high quality, service and cost awareness. Hard Skills: A safe handling of Microsoft Office, SAP knowledge advantageous, German knowledge at least.
