You report directly to the Head of Division and are responsible for the economic success and the technical, strategic and cultural orientation of the Business Unit You control target achievement in terms of costs, dates, quality and investment You carry out professional and disciplinary, continuously develop employees and plan staff qualitatively and quantitatively You are responsible for attracting new customers: women and projects, the development of sustainable customer management and the further development of existing customer relationships You design the strategic orientation and long-term planning of your business unit, including the technical development in line with a sustainable and cross-sector corporate strategy You ensure compliance with technical standards as well as the requirements for work safety and quality management of the VINCI Group

You have completed your studies in the field of civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy or power grid construction or a comparable career You have at least five years of professional experience in the near-construction project business with professional and disciplinary leadership responsibility You are familiar with relevant standards, laws and standards, e.g. DVGW, AGFW, VDE or VOB, and are ready for appropriate further and further training You have experience in creating and implementing structures as well as communication strength, a hands-on mentality and strategic and budget-oriented thinking and action You have profound MS Office knowledge, ideally complemented by experience with SAP You have a class B driving license, very good German knowledge of word and writing as well as English knowledge of advantage
